    Melanie Bainbridge

    Co-founder & Executive Director

    Melanie is our driving force and vision keeper. With 20 years in strategic sustainability and social impact, she's the one who dreamed up The Pack and continues to guide our mission. Her combination of being a practicing songwriter, professional writer, and seasoned community engagement expert means she understands both the creative and business sides of what we're building. Melanie oversees our strategic direction and ensures everything we do creates real, lasting impact for artists and communities.

    Harry Deluxe

    Co-founder & Treasurer / Member Director

    Harry is the heart of The Pack's community spirit. As a local musician and arts advocate, she gets what it's like to be an artist trying to make it work. Her skills in capacity building and organisational development help us support emerging talent while keeping our own house in order. Harry's the one coordinating our industry networks and managing artist relationships – she's got her finger on the pulse of what musicians need and how we can support them to achieve their goals.

    Mike Fuller

    Chair / Independent Director

    Mike keeps us focused and moving forward as our Chair. With his extensive background in improvement and innovation facilitation, he brings 20 years of experience in making organisations work better. His expertise in Quality Assurance, Human Centred Design, and Lean Startup methodology helps The Pack stay agile and responsive to our community's needs. Mike's collaborative approach to problem-solving perfectly matches our pack mentality – he helps us work together more effectively to achieve our goals.

    Robert Weymouth

    Secretary / Independent Director

    Rob is our governance guru and community engagement specialist. With his background in engineering and sustainability, plus a decade of experience in participatory governance, he helps The Pack operate as a truly democratic organisation. His work with Empowering Participation – a consultancy focused on better government-citizen interaction – means he knows how to create systems that actually serve people. Rob ensures our cooperative structure works for everyone and that our community has a real voice in how we operate.

    Pippa Bainbridge

    Member Director

    Pippa brings serious arts industry credibility to The Pack. With qualifications from WAAPA and leadership roles at iconic venues like La Mama, Next Wave, and Arts Centre Melbourne, she knows the Australian arts landscape inside and out. Her experience as a Creative Producer means she understands how to make ambitious projects happen on the ground. Currently working with Art Gallery of Ballarat, Pippa helps us navigate the arts ecosystem and build strategic partnerships that benefit our entire community.

    Justin Sideris

    Independent Director

    Justin is our digital storyteller and strategy guru. As an experienced web developer and brand specialist, he helps The Pack communicate our mission clearly and build meaningful connections online. His work with social enterprises and not-for-profits means he understands how to create authentic digital presences that actually serve communities. Justin also brings that artist's perspective to our communications strategy. He helps us cut through the noise and tell stories that matter.

    Giles Thomson

    Independent Director

    Giles is our go-to guy for thinking big picture about sustainable change. With over 15 years designing better cities across Australia and the UK. His PhD work on transitioning cities toward sustainability, plus his involvement in major projects like the London Olympic Legacy masterplan, means he understands how to create lasting positive impact. Giles helps The Pack think strategically about how we can contribute to building more sustainable, connected communities through music and collaboration.
