For Local Government
Investing in your local music economy has never been this enjoyable.
One of The Pack's co-founders has spent over two decades in local government sustainability and impact design. We understand the pressure to justify every dollar. So we built a model that makes cultural investment measurable, scalable, and genuinely transformative for your community.
The case for patronage
WA contemporary music receives approximately 23 cents per capita in government funding — versus over $2 in NSW
The Pack offers a tiered per-capita patronage model: $1,000 per year for councils under 5,000 people, up to $35,000 for councils over 200,000
Patrons receive de-identified, location-specific cultural and economic data to support evidence-based arts investment
Place activation through hyper-local music discovery drives foot traffic, community cohesion, and local artist visibility
The Pack's NFP cultural organisation (in development) will provide grant-making capacity for First Nations, female-identifying, CaLD, and LGBTQI+ musicians in your area
What we ask of you
Patron governments are asked to actively promote The Pack to their business, arts, and community networks. We provide a full content marketing asset pack and dedicated marketing support to make this straightforward.
