Kieran Murphy
Member Director
Kieran is our rock'n'roll renaissance guy. With 25+ years as a songwriter and musician, he's recorded six studio albums, a live album and toured nationally and internationally with The Murphy Brothers alongside his brothers Chris and Courtney. He also fronts rockabilly side project The Rough Housers and gigs regularly across WA. Beyond the stage, Kieran brings serious business chops – he's delivered strategic communications and HR solutions for WA Health since 2008 and previously ran business development and marketing for Mega Music, WA's largest locally owned musical instrument retailer. As an accomplished photographer, graphic designer, and copywriter with an Honours degree in Communications (Media Studies), Kieran understands how to communicate The Pack's mission authentically. He's also a member of APRA/AMCOS, bringing that insider industry knowledge to our board.
-

Ngaire Greenwood
Member Director
Ngaire brings the discipline and artistry of classical music to The Pack's board. She spent 8 years as a professional opera singer with WA Opera, performing alongside talented local and international musicians, plus multiple gigs with Perth Oratorio, Musicum Collegium, Gilbert and Sullivan Society of WA, and the WA Lieder Society. Though she's stepped back from professional performance, she's still a musician at heart who deeply understands what it takes to build a sustainable career in music. From her parallel career as a professional administrator, Ngaire brings over 20 years of serious operational expertise – knowledge management, project support, stakeholder engagement, bid management, and corporate writing and editing. She helps The Pack operate like the well-oiled machine artists deserve, combining her classical training's attention to detail with the practical skills that keep organisations running smoothly.
-

Mel Anastas
Member Director
Mel is a visible force in Perth's music community, rallying artists to put creativity and community first as an alternative to traditional industry structures. After forming Bands for Bands in response to The Bakery's closure, she's been relentlessly exploring new models for live performance that leverage community value rather than alcohol revenue. Community-building is both passion and profession for Mel – her company Do Re Media delivered digital content and engagement for local governments and arts festivals from 2012-2019, and she currently works as Employee Experience Consultant at Western Power, improving systems and culture. She brings strategic digital expertise and a fierce commitment to finding better ways forward for musicians. When not making a stir, Mel lets off steam in all-genre punk band eyesandteeth and stages mini-festivals at her Bayswater home with her bassist husband Alex.

Since relocating to Australia, he's focused that skillset on business development within the creative and industries, bringing a big-picture perspective that connects ideas and helps creative sectors realise their full potential. His experience across both corporate and not-for-profit environments means he approaches The Pack's mission with genuine empathy and values-driven thinking – exactly what the music community needs.
